1. Global settings

Total available parking spaces. Leave blank if you only want required spaces.
e.g. 0.85 means 85% occupancy limit. Used to flag OK / NOT‑OK if supply is entered.

For each land-use component i: demand Dᵢ = Qᵢ · rᵢ · fᵢ, where:
• Qᵢ = quantity (e.g. m² GFA, units, seats)
• rᵢ = rate (spaces per unit)
• fᵢ = concurrency / diversity factor (0–1 for shared parking, default 1.0).

2. Land-use components

Enter one row per component (e.g. Residential, Office, Retail). Quantities & rates should all be in consistent units.
